Summer vacation activities Part-I

Exams are getting over, and vacations are coming up. Its time for mommies to worry what the kids will do in the vacation. So I thought being a MOM myself, why not share few fun and learning activities with you.

Will be posting at least one activity a week. So keep following and happy vacations. :)

This is one interesting activity which I learned when I was going to school.

Steps:

1. Take some oil paint of different colors. I have even tried with colors used to paint wood, basically any color that does not dissolve in water and floats on water.

2. Now take a tub half filled with water.

3. Now sprinkle drops of the colors on the water. As many shades the better.

4. Use a toothpick, or even fingers to spread the colors.

5. Now take a cardboard, thick paper, cloth , box, anything that u want to color and touch the colored water.

And lo and behold, you will find so many colors around you. Happy coloring !
